Tawjeeh centres act as a guidance department by revealing relevant data to both ends of the contractual agreement. It will be equipped with guidance professionals to educate customers about labour laws and regulations, labour contracts and issuing work permits, distribute pamphlets and brochures printed in variety of languages with labour related basics.

 Tawjeeh Centers provide awareness and guidance services to employers and workers on behalf of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation under an institutional partnership with the private sector that will manage these centres in accordance with the UAE Government Excellence Programme.

Seven centres in Abu Dhabi and another seven in Dubai currently offer services in 16 languages to workers. The ministry will open another 23 centres by the end of this year, taking the total number of such centres to 37.
The official urged workers - especially those who come to the country for the first time - to visit the centres to understand labour laws and regulations.
The centres are equipped with guidance professionals to educate employees and employers about labour laws and regulations; issue labour contracts and work permits; and distribute pamphlets and brochures with labour related basics.

Tawafq centres aim to improve labour relations related services and will receive labour disputes, revise documents, and refer cases to the ministry to complete the process. The ministry will decide whether the case would be solved amicably, or raised to the court for final settlement.

Taqieem centres will provide informative and entity assessment services. They will operate, following space share terms and conditions with Tas’heel customer service centres, separately. Taqieem centres will provide entity related information, commercial licenses validity, estimate establishment business activity to request work permits, in addition to providing labour housing registration services.

 Taqieem team does inspection of office/shop/showroom/warehouse/kiosk when you apply for new quota of employment visa. They check if your firm is eligible for new visa. 

 After submitting the application at Tas'heel Centre, TAQYEEM agency will call you same day or next day and will visit your establishment. They will ask for license copy,Labour Establishment Card copy and Ejari. If your company has vehicle, they will ask for the Mulkiya or vehicle list.

One inspection is valid for 3 months. After TAQYEEM's inspection if you apply again for another work permit quota within 3 months, they won't come for inspection. However, it depends on the number of quota and your business activity.
