Immigration Establishment Card-New (Dubai)

The following documents are required to apply for a New Immigration Establishment Card. This Card is mandatory to apply for Investor/Partner/Employment visa.
+ Filled application (Can be typed from AMER Center)
+ Copy of Trade License 
+ Copy of the addendum listing the partners' names in case of LLC, issued from the Department of Economic Development (Second page of the License)  
+ Copy of authorization attested by Notary Public for authorized signatories. Copy of Memorandum of Association is enough for Managing Director if it is mentioned in Article 9 of MoA. To get signature authority, the applicant should have valid Dubai visa. If the expatriate Partner/Owner doesn't have valid Dubai Residence/Employment visa, he/she can add signature latter after stamping the visa on passport. Click here for details. 

+ Location map of the company in Arabic with Telephone number.

+ Valid EJARI Registration Certificate.

Validity of Immigration Establishment Card: One year. Same expiry date of your trade license. 

FEES: Dh476 to be paid at AMER Center. You will get soft copy of Immigration Card same time and plastic card no more available. 

 + If the application is Urgent, Establishment Card can be collected same time. 

 Submission: The application should be submitted by the owner, partner or PRO.

FINE: Dh100 per month after 30 days grace period from the date of expiry.

+ Immigration Office Timing: Sunday to Thursday (7:30am to 8pm)

Establishment Card Fine in Sharjah: 30 days grace period from the date of expiry. Then fine Dh1000 and Dh100 for every day plus Dh20 Service Charge. Validity of Establishment Card in Ajman: Two years

Validity of Establishment Card in Ras Al Khaimah: One year
