Immigration Establishment Card Renewal-Dubai

Online: Immigration Establishment Card can be renewed through eDNRD online. If your company doesn't have eDNRD online service, you can renew your Establishment Card using manual form that can be typed from Typing Centre.

eDNRD online service is not mandatory for the establishments having less than 100 employees.

Fill the information, make the payment online through Noqodi, attach the following documents with the printed receipt, submit at any Immigration branch and collect the Establishment Card same time. Only urgent option is available through online.

Dh3953 for three years including eDNRD online subscription charge. Fee varies depends on the type of company. Typing charge extra.

Fee: Dh850 if you don't want to subscribe to 
eDNRD online service. In that case, you can do immigration transactions through AMER Centre

Modification: You can add authorized signatory, remove, change contact details and other modifications.

To add new signatory, attach his power of attorney and Emirates ID along with the application.
Dh100 extra for any amendment.

The following documents are required to renew Immigration Computer Card: 

 Filled application
 Original Immigration Card
Copy of Trade License 
 Copy of the addendum listing the partners' names in case of LLC, issued from Department of Economic Development.  
 Location map of the company in Arabic with Telephone number.
 Valid Tenancy Contract (EJARI).

ValidityImmigration Establishment Card is issued for three years. Dh100 fine should be paid for each month after 30 days of grace period. Renewed card will be issued from the date of last expiry.

 If the original Immigration Card is lost, Police Certificate should be attached with the application.

Submission: The application must be submitted by the owner, partner or the PRO.

Grace period: One month from the date of expiry.

Fine: Dh100 for every month.

Data Modification before renewal: Dh260 (Name change, Activity change, Authorized signatory change etc.)

Dh5000 should be deposited if Visit Visa is open in the Card (if there is no previous deposit).

 Immigration Timing: Sunday to Thursday (7:30am to 8pm)
