Housemaid's New Visa Stamping Sponsored by an Expatriate
+ Sponsor should visit GRRFA Office to get visa stamped on maid's passport after submitting the application through Tadbeer Center. This rule is same for expatriate and national sponsor. No Zajel collection is available for maid visa stamping and renewal.
+ All fees will be taken through Tadbeer Center.
Required Documents: (All documents should be in original for scanning).
+ Maid's original passport & Visa
+ Maid's Labour Contract singed by both parties. This agreement you had received along with Entry Visa from Immigration.
+ Two photographs of the Maid with white background (for Medical).
+ Original Medical Certificate
+ Original Emirates ID of Sponsor.
+ Medical Insurance. Approximate Dh675 per year.
+ Maid Visa stamping Fee: Dh5511.
+ Service charge extra

Grace Period: Visa should be stamped within 60 days from the date of Entry/Status Change. If late, Dh25 fine per day for Visa and Dh20 for ID should be paid at typing centre.
Deposit Refund: Dh2000 which had deposited at the time of getting entry visa can be refunded to your bank account only after cancellation and exit of the Maid. Click here for refund application.
If you have deposited Dh2000 two times for same maid in old and new system, one can be refunded.
How?: Got to Immigration Head Office, Jafliya (Refund Counter) with original old deposit receipt, new deposit receipt, your passport, Emirates ID and Maid's original passport.
+ Get no objection for refund seal from the counter on deposit receipt and go to Commercial Bank of Dubai (next to Immigration building) and collect the cash. Bank will charge Dh40 as commission.
