+ Trade License and Immigration card copies of all represented companies
+ Request letter in Arabic from the sponsor (in Company letter head)
+ Copy of Labour PRO Card (if any)
NOTE: Applicant must be under the same company's sponsorship
+ Applicant should have Labour PRO Card while applying for Immigration PRO Card. This is applicable only if the applicant is holding Labour Card.
FEES
+ Dh706 - For expatriate (amount varies depending on type and number of companies) Validity: Two years.
+ Dh350 - For UAE national (amount varies depending on type and number of companies) Validity: Five years.
+ Validity of the PRO Card: Two years (can be renewed with the same procedure).
Application can be submitted at Immigration Head Office at Jafiliya (opposite Metro Station) or Arabian Centre or Bin Sougat Centre branch.
PRO Card can be renewed through www.gdrfa.ae if your company has user ID and password.
PRO Card for Jebel Ali Free Zone Company:
Fees: Dh1760
Period: Two years
Employment letter from Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority: Dh300 (letter states that this PRO is employed by Free Zone Authority).
PRO Card Cancellation
+ A request letter in Arabic to be submitted at Immigration Department along with the following documents.
