+ eDNRD online service is not mandatory for the establishments having less than 100 employees.
Fill the information, make the payment online through Noqodi, attach the following documents with the printed receipt, submit at any Immigration branch and collect the Establishment Card soft copy same time and plastic card no more available.
Fee: Dh1576 for one year including eDNRD online subscription charge. Fee varies depends on the type of company. Service charge extra.
Fee: Dh576 if you don't want to subscribe to eDNRD online service. In that case, you can renew Establishment card through AMER Centre. Service charge extra.
Validity of the card: one year; for the same validity of your trade license.
Dh100 fine should be paid for each month after 30 days of grace period. Renewed card will be issued from the date of last expiry.
Modification: You can add authorized signatory, remove, change contact details and other modifications.
To add new signatory, attach his power of attorney and Emirates ID along with the application.
Dh100 extra for any amendment.
The following documents are required to renew Immigration Computer Card:
Online application (Type from AMER Centre)
Copy of Immigration Card
Copy of Trade License
Copy of the addendum listing the partners' names in case of LLC, issued from Department of Economic Development.
Location map of the company in Arabic with Telephone number.
Valid Tenancy Contract (EJARI).
Passport copies and Emirates ID copies of Authorized signatory.
+ If the original Immigration Card is lost, Police Certificate should be attached with the application.
Submission: The application must be submitted by the owner, partner or the PRO.
