How to Attend an Exam?
Get Notified Before Your Exam
You will receive an Email notification from us a day prior to the exam detailing what you need to bring with you on the exam day.
Check-in with the Receptionist
Check-in using your Emirates ID or Passport number at the reception and to be called into the exam room.
Take Exam
A Senior Engineer will validated your ID and documents, and assign you to the exam workstation where you would take fully digital exam.
Get Instant Result
Once you are finished with your exam the system will instantly show you your exam result.

How to reschedule an Exam?
You can easily reschedule exam any time prior to your exam set date. Just login to DEQ portal and select your active exam request.
Select New Exam Date
Select your new exam date from the schedule calendar
Receive Confirmation
DEQ Portal will send you a confirmation of your new exam appointment.
How to cancel an Exam?
Login to DEQ portal and select the exam you wish to cancel.
Get Cancellation Confirmation and Exam Credit
Once processed, DEQ Portal will send you exam cancellation confirmation and will keep the cancelled exam so you can re-book it within 1 year.

Why is it important to be accredited engineer?
Dubai Municipality law requires that all engineering practitioners be accredited by Dubai Municipality. Only after you get accredited will you be able to practice engineering profession in Dubai
How can I get accredited?
After creating an account on EIS Portal you will be able to apply for accreditation exams by providing minimal information and documents
What documents do I need for accreditation?
Each accreditation type requires different education and experience information and documents. Once you start your accreditation application the system will guide you with all the requirements.
