e-DNRD Online Registration (Dubai)

All Dubai companies having more than 100 employees should submit visa applications through www.ednrd.ae website. Entry permit Employment, New visa stamping, Visa renewal of staff and many other services can be completed without going to Immigration branches.

 Small establishments with less than 100 employees can submit their Immigration related applications through AMER Centers.  

Registration Steps:

Fill Online Registration form, put seal of company and Signature of National Sponsor, attach Immigration Establishment Card copy (Minimum Validity: 6 months), License copy and passport copy of local Sponsor and submit at Immigration head office Jafliya, (Near Metro Station). Establishment Card Section, Main Building Left side.

Other Branches: Al Tawar Centre, Al Manara Centre, Arabian Centre, Al Khail Mall Centre, DNATA Centre, JLT Centre, Dubai Airport Free Zone Centre, Bin Souqat Centre, DEWA Centre and Dubai Festival City.

Licenses under the same sponsor can be included in one application.

Fees: Take Token, submit at the counter and pay Dh3040 at CBD counter inside the hall.

User ID and Password will come through Zajel Courier within a week.

CBD Account: After receiving the User ID, apply for CBD (Commercial Bank of Dubai) CashOnline Account. Following documents are required.
Login to www.ednrd.ae with the User ID and Password you received through courier and print the Registration form.

How to Print: Home> Visa> Administration> Registration> Print Registration Form> Select Company> Choose your Company Name> Submit and Print the Form. Type PRO's Name, Mobile number, Company Stamp, Sponsor's Signature and submit at CBD branch near Immigration head office, Jafliya.

CBD User ID & Password: You will get CBD CashOnline User ID, Password & PIN same time.

RSA Token: Deposit minimum Dh300 to your CBD CashOnline account to apply for RSA Token. This token is required for online submission.

Transfer Dh240 to Immigration account and apply for RSA Token. Dh60 will be charged by CBD for each deposit. So you should deposit more amount if you have more visa transactions.

eDNRD Transaction Fees: Visa stamping new and Renewal: Dh370, Status Change: Dh530, New Entry Visa Outside: Dh400, New Entry Visa Inside: Dh1060. FINE: Dh25 per day.

Short Term Visit: Dh390Service Visa-Transit (14 days): Dh290

Visa Stamping Application (Normal): Submit the application through www.ednrd.ae, track application through the site, after approval, Call Zajel on 800 21111 to collect the documents. After two days Zajel will deliver your visa stamped passport.


Urgent: Submit the application through www.ednrd.ae, track application, after approval take the documents to any GDRFA branch for visa stamping.Account Recharging: You can deposit cash at CBD Immigration branch till 6pm. Other CBD branches will receive cash till 1pm only.
