Labour Establishment Card (Computer Card)-UAE

What are the documents required for applying Labour Establishment Card?

To apply for Employment Visa, Labour Establishment Card is must for private companies in the mainland. The following documents are required to apply for Labour Establishment Card.

 Trade License copy
 Partners List for LLC company
 Copy of MoA for LLC company
 Passport and Jinsiyya (family book) copies of Local Sponsor
 Passport copies of Partners for LLC company
 One Photograph (white back ground) of Sponsor and Partners
 Immigration computer card copy
 Tenancy Contract copy
 Location Map in Arabic
 E-signature card copy of Sponsor & authorized signatories (if any)
 Fees: Dh553 to be paid at Tas'heel Centre (Service charge extra)
After typing the application, put company seal and get signature of all partners (if any).
  
 + Labour Establishment Card (Application should be typed and submitted at Tas'heel Centre). Once it is approved, you will receive Establishment Card number through SMS or you can track through MOHRE Website by entering MB number. Establishment number is required when you type any Labour related application in future at Tas'heel Centre. 

 The application must be submitted by the owner, partner or PRO.

 Labour Establishment Card is valid till cancellation of the Trade License.

Signature Authority: If you need signature authority for anyone other than local sponsor, you should fill two power of attorney forms and get signature of sponsor and attorney. No need attestation from Notary. Attach with the Labour Establishment Card application. Powers mentioned in the LLC Memorandum will not work for Labour signature authority. Separate Power of Attorney forms in prescribed form is must. 

Payment: Payment should be made through E-Dirham Card at Thas'heel Centre. You can Buy E-Dirham Card from any branch of National Bank of Abu Dhabi or from Aafaq Islamic Finance Company found at Thas'heel branches. Take your Emirates ID & Passport copy to for E-dirham Card.
