You can apply through three different ways.
1. By visiting Tadbeer Centre.
2. By downloading MOHRE Mobile App, Setting up an account and applying for 'Cancellation of the domestic worker residency'
3. By calling the Tawseel at-home service 800 8585
The visa cancellation paper will clearly mention the grace period within which the individual needs to exit the country.
What are the documents required?
Passport and visa copy of sponsor and Domestic worker.
Photo of the Domestic worker with white background.
Original Emirates ID of the sponsor and worker.
Fees: Dh170. It varies depending on the type of service you use (Tawseel at home, Tadbeer or Mobile App)
The cancellation is processed within one working day.
Once you receive a confirmation of the visa cancellation on the mobile number and Email address registered with Immigration department, you would need to arrange for worker's exit within the grace period mentioned on the visa cancellaion document.
