Heart Disease and People With Disability can register with Dubai Police to get rapid aid

Register online through Dubai Police website.

 This Service allows people of heart condition and critical health problem; as well as people of disabilities: physical, and hearing and sight impairments; who are living in the Emirate of Dubai to subscribe to this Service. Detailed information should be properly provided and recorded in the Incident Management System (IMS), available in the Command and Control Center of Dubai Police. When a distress call is received, patient location will be determined, based on the information entered in the subscription form, on a road map. Such patients will be given high priority of receiving aid and rapid response.

 Once the application is received, concerned department will verify the data, after approval, following up with the competent authority and will communicate with the applicant by telephone or by SMS.

 Implementation of this program is in co-operation with Ministry of Social Affairs, Charity organizations and centers for the disabled.
