Out Pass / Emergency Certificate - UAE

Out Pass for Indian Citizen
It is a one-way permit enabling an Indian to travel back to India when he has no other valid travel documents. It is given after the individual is interviewed by a Consulate officer who satisfies himself about the person's nationality. The applicant should preferably have a copy of his Indian passport or Election Identity Card, Aadhar Card et. The process takes about 15 days. Fees to be paid for EC is Dh20.

Out Pass Procedures, Dubai Immigration

+ If the applicant has passport, go to Al Aweer Central Jail with Air ticket;
+ Do finger print, iris scan and get exit permit from there

+ Out pass Fee at Immigration: Dh241

+ If the applicant doesn't have passport, get Out Pass from the Consulate, make two photocopies of the Out Pass, go to Anti Penetrating Prevention Department at Deira, Hor Al Anz, Near Talal Supermarket, do finger print, iris scan and get exit permit from there.

+ Anti Penetrating Persons Department (Hor Al Anz office) will issue Air Ticket on payment of
Dh800 for Pakistan (Lahore), Dhs 550 (Islamabad) - Emirates Airline
Dh900 for Bangladesh 
Dh1000 for Afghanistan
Out Pass for Afghanistan CitizenDh 22 to be paid at the Consulate for Out Pass. This pass is valid for two months.

Out Pass for Bangladesh CitizenDh 60 to be paid at the Consdulate for Out Pass. Pass will be issued within a week from the date of application.

Out Pass Procedures, Sharjah Immigration

+ If the applicant has passport, go to court inside the Immigration building and pay the fine for overstay. Dh241 will be charged by Immigration Department for exit permit. Amount should be paid through Credit Card.  Exit Permit will be valid for six days from the date of issue.
