Import / Export Code Online Application of Dubai Customs

All trade licenses can be registered with Dubai Customs to apply for Import/export code. The following steps to be followed:

STEP 1+ www.dubaitrade.ae, enter to Dubai Customs page and click on Importer/ exporter menu. Fill the Application for importer code form and submit it electronically with the following documents:
+ Trade License Copy
+ Passport copy of partners
+ Mobile number and e-mail address of each partner.
+ Dh100 to be paid as Importer/Exporter Code Fee at Customs.

Submit Trade License Copy, passport copies of partners and the application form duly signed and stamped by the authorized person of the company, at Customs for approval.STEP 2
Log onto www.dubaitrade.ae, click on REGISTER NOW button and fill the form accordingly. A mail will be received upon submission of the filled form. Take the print out and submit along with Authorization Letter, Trade License copy and ID Card copy of the company representative, at the Customs.

Enter your Admin User Name & password, Click on Mirsal 2 link >>> Client Profile >>> New Business Registration >>>, this will take you directly to the application form consisting of SIX TABS:STEP 3
Again Log onto o www.dubaitrade.ae and enter your Admin User Name & password, Click on Mirsal 2 link >>> Client Profile >>> New Business Registration >>>, this will take you directly to the application form consisting of SIX TABS:
TAB 1: BUSINESS INFORMATION
TAB 2: FACILITY INFORMATION
TAB 3: USER PROFILES
TAB 4: REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
TAB 5: MIRSAL INFORMATION
TAB 6: FINISH REGISTRATION and await your 'New Business Code'
