Download the Abu Dhabi Police smart application to check if you have a violation on your Emirates ID.
The app provides information on violations that may have been issued on your Emirates ID.
The service can be used even if you are not an Abu Dhabi resident and have visa issued from any other emirate in UAE.
How to use the App?
Register with the App using your Emirates ID. You will receive an OTP on the registered mobile number.
2. Select fine inquiry and choose 'Inquiry by Emirates ID (Individual Fines)'
3. Enter Emirates ID number.
The App will then let you know if you have any fines related to COVID-19 or others.
Dubai Police App
You can check COVID-19 related violations by using the Dubai Police smart App.
The App can be used by residents from across the UAE, not just Dubai visa holders.
1. To check if you have any violations registered on your Emirates ID, download and follow these steps:
Select the 'fine payment' option, click 'search'.
2. Choose to inquire about your fine based on a ticket.
3. Select 'Fine year' as in the ticket number and enter your Emirates ID. Click 'Done'.
The App will then let you know if you have any fines connected with your Emirates ID.
